What is Message on Hold? Message on Hold is a personalised and professionally recorded message played for your customers when placed on hold.

Why should I have Message on Hold? Message on Hold is about more than just replacing tacky hold music, chimes, or worse – Total Silence! It’s also an opportunity to inform your customers about services offered by your business that they may not know about. It can be a very cost effective marketing tool!

How do I get Message on Hold? It’s simple! Contact us and let us know what kind of message you want and if you prefer a male or female voice. You can provide us with a script or we can assist in writing one with you. Once you have approved the script, we will send it off to be professionally recorded, if you are happy with the recording it is then loaded onto a player device which is plugged into your phone system and you are ready to go!

Once off Set Up Fee – Includes professionally recorded voice over, your own personalised scripting, player device and installation. Recommended if you want to “Set and forget”.

Monthly Payment Includes changes, holiday greetings and seasonal greetings. Recommended if you need to update your message during the year.
